The Bush regime pleads for unity, but is totally unwilling to make any concessions to achieve unity. So, when they speak of unity, what they are really asking for is for the opposition party to surrender. That dog won't hunt. We will not surrender; not today, not in four years, not in a hundred years. We will never surrender. The wingnuts say we must be united because we are at war. But it is an unnecessary war, an unjust war, and a war that we did not and do not want. Just because the Bush regime choses to engage in perpetual war does not mean the rest of us have to go along for the ride. NO UNITY! NO RETREAT! NO SURRENDER!
