Part #3 Yes, One Year both convesrion and warrants will be done automatically by the company. In my Opinion when the news came out for the domicile change this stock's shorter covered his backside and left which took the stock price back to 60% of it's actual worth .90.... Most of the weak, double dumpers, and manipulators dumped and are GONE!!!!! Now we have an opportunity to increase our holdings at this low price before the news comes out after the 31st and all heck breaks loss. I intent to as always protect my investment using my system and wait for the weak, get rich, day traders, double dumpers and manipulators of this stock YES I LOVE MY SYSTEM!!!!! NEVER EVER BUY OR SELL STOCK ON THE BASIS OF SOMEONE ELSE"S SPECULATION AND OPINION.... JUST my own research and opinion and mine alone GaBArd
