I doubt that Intel will ever fall below book--the book value is pretty low.

You might oversee the possibility about INTC falling below her book value. Most of Intel assests are "fabrication plants" which are to be fully depreciated to real estate value in five years. Considering this depreciation bill and its inferior x86 technology, INTC worth much less than its current book value.
