Wrong. They don't print a paper receipt for the voter, but they do record the voter count and votes for each candidate on paper. This tape is used to verify that no votes are "preloaded" on the machines before the polls open and is used, after the polls close, to compare to the log of ballot cards issued (to verify no bogus votes were added during the day) AND can be compared later to the votes transmitted to the election board and reported to the state. The process is very easily monitored and audited. But don't let a few facts spoil your state of denial.
