SOMETHING happened here! Any ideas?

This stock is "due to rise", but such a large rise on a down day.

I was looking at options around 2:30pm (stock was at 24 & change, down 1/8.) Options at 25 strike (Oct & Dec) were UP about 1/4. Almost bought - but didn't! Seemed strange they would rise on a price decline. Oh well. It's only money.

Learned something though...... Options can tell you something about where the stock may be going. I'm new to options.

Anyway, what's up with APCC ?
