Crack heads don't seem to realize they have put themselves in danger...My friends in BR had their house broken into downstairs while they were sleeping upstairs. The guy literally kicked the door in..and also broke into about two other houses next to theirs.. The cops caught the guy, and he was so high, he could barely talk...we should worry about someone shooting these people? He could have killed them and he wouldn't have known it.
