May lead to international talks to fix the flawed Kyoto treaty, but I doubt anything will be accomplished until there is a crisis. 3) I expect a crisis, but the timing is hard to predict. It may be sooner than people think. Things are getting weird in the Arctic. 4) One tidbit you'll probably relish: some are starting to blame global warming on the Greens because of their opposition to nuclear power.
