When interviewing candidates for a position - companies interview for the best candidate by including both men and women. It should be illegal to only present male candidates..The United States has never had a female president in its entire existence How do you resolve this issue ? Sue the entire US electorate for wrongful discrimination ? Or should all women secede from the US and form a new United States of Amazonia?
