Yes, the Diebold CEO's promise was in the Boston Globe yesterday. I am sure after the dust settles the media is going to probe why there was such a wide discrepancy between the exit polls and the end result with Bush inviting the press in the White House much before things became clear on the results.

We need democracy here first and then in Iraq. The last two elections have seriously cast doubts on the resilience of our democratic/voting system.
