What obstacles? The immigration quotas for most European countries are high and rarely filled. The Europeans have a great standard of living.....why would they prefer here.

Again, you have no idea what you are talking about. The ways to immigrate to the US is either through family reuinion, refugee situation. This excludes 99% of the Europeans, since they have no claims to be refugees, and most don't have relatives willing to sponsor them living in the US.


No, its you who doesn't know how it works. There are numerous Germans and Dutch and other Europeans working here....several are my friends. There are all kinds of ways to get work visas and circumvent the rules. These quotas aren't being filled because the differences between the quality of life in Europe vs here no longer favors us. What we are good at is making money......that attracts some Europeans esp. from areas where jobs are scarce.
