The best defense I can give for EC is "It helps balancing the power between states and federal gov't"
Also give a little more "power" to small states...

When I vote for Senators or cogressperson, does Fedreal Gov't bud in?
Then why State bud in to my vote in Federal figure such as president?
Why state gov't overide MY vote regrading Federal matters?
(This is what EC system really pisses me...)
