Well, I wanted to discuss it from a US centric PoV, but even when you bring Israel into the picture, the issue still needs fleshing out. I am sure Israel would not like it, but how much and why? Israel is estimated to have 400 nukes and one of the most sophisticated militaries in the world. It is not going to be nuked for the same reasons than Soviet Union never nuked US.
