The places that will help you make money on SI do not have a political bias for the most part, nor are they particularly religious. The people who think that those variables are important tend to flock together. Once you find a starting point that you are personally satisfied with you can eliminate a tremendous amount of seemingly sane feed knowing that it is useless snake oil.
You can work the same system in reverse, take a starting point you are personally satisfied with and expand your circle of trust accordingly, it works both ways.

I wish I could concur completely that the choice of America is wrong for Americans. I am a Canadian but I am also a citizen of SI and I know that I have cyber friends who are supporters of Mr. Bush and this matters, to me. I suppose it is because I find my cyber-friends are invariably bright, curious, interesting, informative and just generally appealing.
