The article looks typical of main stream media treatment of questioning the official story. Anyone who hasn't done the research, probably at least 95% of the population, would dismiss the possibility alternate explanations exist if they were to base that opinion on the ABC article.

While conspiracy theories abound, the majority of those researching 9/11 are focused on facts, not theories. Quoting the most unsubstantiated speculation is irresponsible on the part of ABC, and grouping those researching the facts as being a "cottage industry" of conspiracy theorists verges on libelous. The simple fact of the matter is if the media had done their jobs, there wouldn't be a person in this country not questioning the official story.

Concluding the article with the Kristen Breitweiser quote is about as slanted as it gets. Kristen Breitweiser started out rather vocal about getting questions answered, then turned her coat about a year ago, jumping on the 9/11 Commission bandwagon to unconditionally endorse their bogus report.

I'd have a hard time viewing the ABC article as any kind of plus. It's just more of the same garbage the media has been pumping out for the last three years, and serves no purpose other than to help bury the idea of questioning the official story in the minds of the public.

There are quite a few documentaries independently produced surrounding the flaws in the official 9/11 story. While I wouldn't call anything I've seen definitive, they generally cover the basics. The quality is adequate enough that with a bit of critical editing, just about any one of them would be suitable for a half hour broadcast spot. The question you have to ask is why a major television broadcasting company would rather publish a slanted article on the Internet rather than give the subject a fair hearing in more of a 60 Minutes type environment.
