If a presidential candidate is running a shockingly disorganized campaign, paralyzed by the candidate's indecision, the American people have a right to know.

The information was available - all you had to do was read between the lines of what Kerry's own advisors said about him. "I would present him with 4 or 5 options, and he would want to go down the list of 25 options." "I would think something was decided, and then he would talk to 4 more people and change his mind again" "He liked to go through a prolonged phase of data-gathering"

It was there, but you had to dig for it. The media didn't spell it out. Everybody gets just one guess why the "messianic Bush" articles weren't balanced with "dithering Kerry" articles.

I saw it, and said to myself, 'this man will be Jimmy Carter II if he gets elected. Simply unable to function, whatever the policy." But nobody picked up the meme, even in the blogosphere.
