I've been to Sitka. There is a beautiful volcano there named Mount Edgecumbe. Great story here about it's "eruption" on 4/1/1974... museumofhoaxes.com olypen.com FYI, many of the conservative religious folks who voted for Bush are very unhappy about the Iraq war. The Democrats could have won by pulling to the center, but they ran a typical loopy left campaign and paid the price. In the long run they may be better off politically by losing 2004 and leaving Bush to deal with his own fiscal and foreign policy mess.
