After Whoopi used gutter language to describe Pres Bush, John Kerry stood on the stage and stated(with his straight face) that the entertainment community "reflects the heart and soul of the USA." That statement shocked many Americans including me. In fact, it was an insult to the country in general. Evidently the evangelicals in particular were outraged by the Massachusetts judge who forced the gay marriage law on citizens above the objections of the majority. A few activist judges have started to twist laws to their own quirky preferences. Those are just two of the "values" issues that the majority find unacceptable and therefore were persuaded to vote for Bush. My priorities were the war on terrorism and education reform. Although it was great to send the message loud & clear to Hollywood, that the majority of voters completely disagree with their limousine liberal political agenda.
