The results from the coronary flow reserve are disappointing. But myocardial perfusion is where it's at, imo. The sooner and better the muscle cells are perfused, the less chance of infarction. That appears to be confirmed by the CK and TnI levels, since those proteins are really only released following death of the cardiac muscle cells.
