To All Posters:

An observation. Some of the posters to this site appear to have a degree of balance not typically characteristic of other idiots who think Anthony Elgindy was purer than driven snow. Clearly and without a shred of doubt, the SEC and other regulators gave him a pass to break the law with their full knowledge and consent. These latter parties not only don't have a iota of plausible deniability left, I believe I know what they were trying to achieve. Their stupidity, gross naivite, and ignorance of history makes their position doubly appalling.

There are also those who post here who appear to be straddling the issue. I have done intensive work on this subject area for more than four years, and bluntly, the supporters of Elgindy put out continuing drivel, and ignore legal issues pertaining to illegal shorting, and its innumerable links to global organized crime, domestic and international terrorism, and money laundering on a scale of literally trillions of dollars, the world's reserve currency. I know this for a fact, even if it can't be put into his trial. So do others who count.

I can assure you that those of you who have been identified as bad players are under a level of federal and state surveillance that they cannot possibly fathom, and further, that there will parties in that group who will face not only civil actions, but also Federal and State criminal charges.

I am no "Whack Job". I am widely published on this topic in numerous venues, and without exception, on literally hundreds of predictions, and stands on issues, I have not been responded to or my views challenged A SINGLE TIME. I have held an assortment of jobs in the securities industry and in many small public companies, and it is almost as if I was being prepared for this nightmare.

Courts are capable of producing juries that could acquit even a criminal scum comparable to Elgindy, but take my word for it, that won't change his spots or his ultimate disposition. I don't believe for a moment that even an acquittal of Elgindy will, by itself, stop this process from going where it is headed. It could slow it, but it won't stop it. For those of you worried about being sued for libel or slander, remember, the absolute defense of such litigation is documented truth.

The SEC and other regulatory agencies have allowed themselves to be corrupted to such a level that they must face one of two alternatives: Total Organizational Leadership Decapitation, or complete Liquidation to the favor of an entirely new entity or entities. I think more than one is needed to act as a form of checks and balances.

You have some people posting here who will most certainly face both criminal indictment and numerous civil actions. You can choose which side you will be on now.

To Bill Ulrich, I am completely new to this site, but believe me when I tell you I have tested everything I say. The inane nature of the responses to my assertions is not only an indication, it is a methodology of the criminals. When they can't refute the facts asserted, they attack the messenger.

Federal authorities from numerous agencies are actively monitoring this site closely, in my professional opinion. Those of you who become casualties will have no one but yourselves to blame.

This whole situation has turned positively dangerous. Too much money has been stolen by too many people while too many regulators chose to look the other way. The anger is simply out of control. I have several outstanding bets that one of these characteristically arrogant and condescending schumcks is going to get smart ass with the wrong guy at the wrong time, and have his or her face crushed, period. I am absolutely certain of it.

Bureaucrats and rats like Elgindy are good at threatening people over the phone, but they can't handle the face to face issue quite so well. When it happens, there will be no one to blame for the outcome, except those responsible for letting this get so far out of control, literally to an insane level.

Conservatively, $3 or $4 TRILLION dollars it GONE. I am being repeatedly told by market technicians and economists this number is not only low, but so low it is wrong. While authority can be delegated, responsibility can't. SEC and NASD lawyers have created their own Mandarin analog in this process. Does anyone here know what ultimately happened to the Mandarins? It was ugly, I assure you.

I expect to have lawyers and advocates threaten me as the process moves on. I tell you now that if they take it too far, they will get a four-square humiliation out of it. If they threaten my life or my family, I will try to get them to do it in a State like North Carolina, where I can take them at their word and Immediately end the threat. And I won't need a gun.

P Diddy said "Vote or Die". If you are nailed for a felony on these shorting issues, know that there are many like me who will support your personal life long destruction. You won't be able to get a job digging ditches. Your alternative will be some form of hooking in third world countries. Many of you are in positions that are irreversable, other than for a role on your buddies that will still require you to take a felony conviction.

The final reason this will not be allowed to go on without legal correction is that it repeats and mimics the very same frauds that created the 1929 Crash, and the 1937 Bear Raid. The FDR Democrats knew this, and FDR, in the face of nearly violent opposition chose one of the abusers to be the first SEC Chairman, Joe Kennedy Sr. His response to the queries about that decision is Paraphrased here: "I needed one of there own kind (meaning the manipulators), who knew their criminal methods, to have any chance of controlling them."

A comparable decision today would be to make Anthony the SEC Chairman. If that happened, the US would have a revolution I have long predicted, but never expected to live to see. And it would be ugly. I think it could match the standard of the French revolution, maybe even create a right wing Stalin, a true monster. All I can say is that I have my secret decoder ring, and I would not fear being collateral damage of such a purge.

The idiots and greedy thieves among you know who you are, and God most certainly does. I think you would be well advised to fear his judgment even more than being someone's bitch in prison. Some of you are lawyers, and I hope that you get to destroy yourselves trying to protect your licenses to practice.

I feel that a lawyer is given a public trust when he is licensed to practice law, and when he commits a felony, it is comparable to the difference between burglary and armed robbery, corporate murder with special circumstances, and they should be given especially more severe punishment than that normally associated with a conviction for a crime.

I end with my traditional preppy FY closing.

I remain, as always, with warmest personal regards, Sincerely, Yours in Christ,

LOL
