We need to look at the forces at work in 2008. The Democrats will field Hillary, a candidate with so many groups disliking her. The Republicans will have John Ellis Bush. Why him? The Bush clan wants a monarchy like the Saudis. The succession has been set: George, Jr., John Ellis and Neil.
John Ellis' - also called "Jeb" (just as George Jr. Called "Shrub")- term ends in January 2007. His brother owes him for delivering Florida in 2000 and 2004. He Catholic, will be in his mid-50's in 2008, and is one of the founder of PNAC. Note that George Jr. nor George Sr are not directly connected to PNAC.
How is that possible that Jeb will be the standard bearer of the GOP? A far-fetched scenario will have to take place: George Jr. is a lazy guy. He likes to take 4 month vacation every year. After this 2004 election he is faced with a big mess everywhere: Iraq, jobs, deficits, Social Security, foreign relations etc etc. His underlings are doing are the sweeping - IF that is happening. Cheney does not want to run for office in 2008: health, age, campaigning etc. But he wants his picture in the White House.
George Jr would rather retire now with all the perks of an ex- President. He can command a minimum of $ 100K for speaking engagement, rides horses in Crawford, have a library built for him and managed by Laura. He probably will not oppose to resign (for whatever reason) in mid-term. Since the mess is still not cleaned up (if ever), his legacy is not reflected as a failure. Cheney will become President, and he will appoint Jeb as his VP. Cheney's ambition is complete: the White House will have his picture. He and Jeb are founders of PNAC which has achieved it ultimate goal of power.
Then 2008 Job will run for President. His position as a VP will have a big advantage over whoever the Democrats are fielding at that time (Hillary?). Jeb is from the south. His wife is a Latina (thus Latino voted). Jeb is Catholic and is against abortion.
There you go: Bush Monarchy. And the beat goes on. After Jeb, it will be Neil, and then the third generation: another George who is good looking, tan and half Latino. Who is the engine behind this? Look no further than Barbara. |
