Everybody and his brother is going to be looking to get their sticky fingers on some of Arafat's fortune, which is widely reported in the $billions If Arafat was true to form on this one, many people around him know only little bits of information. But nevermind, he had to have intermediaries to get at the accounts; I think we may safely assume that many of the accounts will be emptied long before anybody 'official' gets to find them.
