my speculation is that Suha Arafat und Mohammed Raschid are holding the master murderer and terrorist alive so they could usher as fast as they can money from various hidden accounts into unknown destination.

After all there are enormous amounts of money stolen by the gang from the PLO and PA coffers according to Die Welt in Germany as an example
