My first post was yesterday, and I never even accessed this site before yesterday. I have made precisely 14 posts on all message boards in five years, and only three here in the last two days under a name I have never used before.
Bluntly, I was warning the innocents here. Watch what happens over the next six months if Elgindy is convicted, or a year if he isn't. You can run, but you won't be able to hide.
I am virtually certain that the pass given Elgindy was a mutual cooperation agreement for exchange of information, said agreement which made Elgindy, yet again, a CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANT. I don't have the hard proof on this, but I know with virtual certainty it will come out. I have seen the pattern before, and it is simply too blatant. If he had not been linked to terrorists, and tried to travel on a phony set of ID's carrying $25,000 in cash (a currency violation), he would still be out. Thank God not all of our Government's agencies have to give credence to the conduct and decisions of each other.
I am not a conspiracy theorist, period. After the Elgindy conviction, I might identify myself, but I see no current incentive to do so to a group whose core ethics model would make me feel like I had shit on my shoe.
I can assure you I have the investigative horses who have given me the knowledge of the facts I have, including numerous domestic and international law enforcement and intelligence operations/operators, and a knowledge of international banking, securities processes, and EFT (electronic funds transfer) that is absolutely non-trivial.
I have been the President of a major B-D subsidiary and started and ran RIA's and been an equity, derivatives and arbitrage trader for more than 15 years for major firms.
It seems the old rag is operating here: No good deed shall go unpunished.
Want to play the credentials game? You will lose. You all are defending a convicted felon who actually stole from his mother. This approaches the chutzpah of Charles Keating, of Lincoln Savings infamy, when he soaked Mother Teresa with $400,000 worth of American Continental Bonds, a paper of such poor quality as to be not worthy of being used for kindling.
You all are on the slippery slope to a felony conviction, and some of you are headed to prison. I have known some FBI Agents over the years, and I can assure you that they are not amused by anyone who tries to compromise the integrity of their men.
The weasels here are walking dead men. Denial is not a River in Egypt. If I were you all, I would be making arrangements for the care of your families and pets while you are away. Remember, there is no longer any parole from a Federal sentence. They just dropped the rule of serving 85% as a qualifying standard for parole. I hope those of you who will be going away respond well to instruction.
Whatever you all who have played together get for punishment, it won't be harsh enough.
Old Veterans told me about that they heard about how scum like most of you all were dealt with in their world. I'd watch the bottom seams of your tents if I were you.
By the way, this is a RICO case, not one but many. Read the relevant pleadings. There will be 50 more in six months.
Recently, a SEC lawyer lied to a Congressman in writing. Watch what happens to him for "misleading" a Congressman doing research.
Watch momentum here. Your team has lost it. If you don't face justice here, you will face it later. God is tough.
