It is horrifying. I frankly wish I had never opened up the door to more knowledge of Islam. It would have been easier to continue to believe that Islam was just one of the 3 great Abramic religions and leave it at that. Unfortunately for me I have the affliction of being intensely curious and a compulsive reader of books. :)
