I agree, Bush never vetoed spending and he should have.
BUT, the hill is responsible for approving and must be held accountable too, not just for the last years but for decades of fiscal irresponsibility. You and I differ. Congress must accept the responsibility for passing excessive spending for years. They cut back door deals and include pork in their bills which never should be included and should be alowed to stand on its own two feet. They are a problem. You are simply partisan instead of interested in correcting a problem.
