Or Iran could just be pulling a fast one, knowing the IAEA meeting is coming up with the UNSC sanctions hanging out there. Words are cheap. By seeming to cave now, they buy time and muddy the waters at any future IAEA board of governors meeting. I don't buy it for a second. Derek
