Kenneth, << Bush increased the debt more in 4 years than we did under Clinton in 8 years >> Clinton had the technology boom to help him. Bush had the technology bust that took place about 6 months before Clinton was out of office. Bush also had 9/11. The cards were stacked severely against Bush. Clinton had a windfall and still couldn't reduce the debt. Dave
