I agree. I have written and spoken about just that extensively since Dec 2001.

Yes, I know. It was good to see it written up in the Post.

Where you and I disagree is primarily re the likelihood you or I or anyone else here will have to face a bio attack.

[We also may disagree on the ethics of contravening public health directives in the event of an attack. We have never discussed that latter question to the point where we really communicated so I'm not sure.]
