Don't own any MVE myself but my brother here does. I found this at Stockhouse a few minutes ago and I'm wondering if there are any comments on this.

Minvita and Teuton appear ready for a breakout. IP survey at the Clone property is apparently complete and a drilling program about to start.
September is usually their active season and judging from last years' assays and consequent run to around $3, it could be an interesting month or two.
Doesn't appear to be much downside at 30-40›.

The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated May 29 1997 between John
Ernest Wyder and the Minvita Enterprises Ltd (the company) whereby the
company has obtained an option to acquire a 100% interest in eight
townships within the Buffalo Head Craton, near Swan Hills, north central
Alberta. In consideration, the company will pay $150,000 in yearly
installments ($15,000 due upon exchange acceptance) and issue 200,000
shares in four work related tranches. The first tranche of 50,000 shares is
issuable upon exchange acceptance and the remaining three tranches of
50,000 shares are each subject to exchange approval of acceptable
geological reports summarizing the work done on the property and
recommending further work. The property is subject to a 1.5% GORR on any
future diamond production and a 1.5% nsr on any future mineral production.
