Now you are engaging in speculation. Nah. The dismantling of the Libyan nuclear effort occurred well within the curent Bush administration. But if you think Reagan is responsible for Qaddafi's pacification, that's fine with me, too. Reagan's utterly lawless abuse of international law by sending a few well-placed pre-emptive bombs in the vicinity of Qaddafi's tents during the 1980s in response to the bombing in Germany made Muammar dismantle his nuclear program. OK, I'll buy that. Why not provide an example which supports your notions?
