Harold, you make some very good points in your post. Actually, we are not that far apart in our thinking. You said:

It seems like you have elaborated a point I made in post 3171:

It would have been nice if Babish had issued a press release stating just what was going on, but what do you bet that if he had issued such a release the company would now be suing him for damaging them by disclosing private information and portraying them in a bad light? Seems to me that he would have been damned if he issued a release and damned if he didn't.<i/>

I still wish he hadn't sold his stock, but once he started to sell he would have been second guessed no matter what he did as far as telling the rest of the world. I'm sure that if he had told the conference about his sale, then Rhodes would have made a big deal of this in his lawsuit against Babish.
