KIWI Network Solutions Inc. Announces Consolidation Of Its Stock
Monday November 8, 1:33 pm ET

TORONTO, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - KIWI Network Solution Inc.'s Board of Directors have determined that, given current market conditions, it is in the best interests of the Company to approve and implement a consolidation of its stock (otherwise known as a "reverse split"). The Company filed a notification to the NASD OTC Bulletin Board, changing its' CUSIP number, and has filed an 8-K disclosing the details of the consolidation. The effective date for the reverse stock split was November 5, 2004.

The Board therefore announces it has implemented the consolidation of its stock ("reverse split"), on the consideration that one hundred common shares before consolidation shall be consolidated into one common share after consolidation.

Effective immediately the Company's trading symbol has been changed from KWNS to KIWS. The restructuring allows the Company to strengthen its efforts and diligently push forward with its current business plan and objectives. The consolidation was deemed necessary to assist in securing future financings as well as attempting to ascertain other more advantageous opportunities for the benefit of the Company and its shareholders.
