I just got off the phone with peter. I was told that the results from trenching have been back since last week and the geologist is writing up a report. He commented that the mineralization was the largest the geologist had ever seen since he has been in Ghana. The news release will be out after the long weekend.

The group from Calgary that was willing to do the PP is of course the Private Zimbabwe Co with which they have the 8 JV. They have 4 years in which to pay for the work programs and not 6 months. *although I am not sure how that works* The president is also in meetings with the group currently to arrange a PP for $500,000 I believe.

Peter also commented that the large selling has to be due to insituational investors selling off and professional traders playing games.

Futher he commented that ADK has been approached by several companies that want to do multipul JV's with ADK in Ghana. He said talks are on going at this point.

He doesn't really know what is going on in the future but it seems the Co is going to leave ADOM alone and focus on Westbank after the recent trench results. There might be a drill program annouced but I wouldn't hold my breath.

It seems to me that management is going to hold off until winter when the north american mining shuts down and then they will go at it. The work programs in Zimbabwe are going to be interesting to say the least. I would speculate that the private CO from Zimbabwe is buying up those shares at 11-15c and they are going to own a large piece of ADK. I am sure these guys know what the results from westbank are and they are buying.. *Who else would???*

One thing that he mentioned and that I totally disagree with is that there have been too many news releases in the spring and summer. I urge shareholds to call him up and tell them to start releasing more news. He told me every time someone asks for news he tells management. So I suggest everyone tell him we want news!!!! And a drill program and JV!!!!!!

BTW Peter Grandich told me "I have recently forgone my monthly retainer in order to help the company conserve cash"
