8 NOVEMBER 2004 - We have just received confirmation that H Quotient has been served with subpoenas by the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding certain accounting and/or transaction matters. We have further learned that among the items requested by the SEC, is information pertaining to the SGD trade credits we included in our complaint to the SEC. We will publish documented proof as soon as it arrives. This information has come forth in the Rao case. A subpoena means a formal investigation of H Quotient is underway. developing......
