I'm gonna quit hinting and flat out tell you that you need to slim down. You know that. VA doesn't help? Fuck'em, join the Y. Buy one gallon water jugs and move your arms with some weight while watching TV. Use that cane and move some. Forget the damn 2 mile minimum to lose weight, you do 100', then 100 yards and work up. Put some duct tape over the mouth gland too. 63 is only old if you give up.
