No, you don't eat it, you swallow it, they come in capsules... you take them once a day as you would a pill, and it takes about 6 weeks before you see dramatic results, my cholesterol has dropped like a rock... the substance has exactly the same molecular structure as Lipitor and/or any of the other cholesterol medications, but it's all natural and I see no side effects...
