uw - Those that have not seen what chemical agents can do will find it difficult to understand. Many never saw the films of the results of napalm and Agent Orange. Seeing on film is nothing like the real thing. Chemicals and bio-agents have come a long way-- Saddam proved how easy it is to deliver, and there are many more effective means. Today a crop-duster in the south could put a hurt on a city and many inhabitants. Lets not even mention what could be floated down the Mississippi or Ohio Rivers-- and not think of what can be brought into any of our ports. A few gas cannasters in the NY subway system during rush hour. Those are the easy ways-- SCUDS are a thing of the past-- many more efficient methods of delivering and not that difficult to find or use. Always have a survival plan and be well armed.....
