wonder how did pull this stunt for so long, before it was banned ? Its probably tied to slavery. I'll look further into it, but it smells of religion to me. A famous interpretation of the Bible is that Cain was cast from the Garden of Eden after killing Able, and was given a special mark to identify him and his decendants. This mark was black skin according to some. TP
