Every time I think these housing stocks have peaked and I buy more puts, they just go higher. Ryland (RYL)is my particular nemesis - it's like an energizer-bunny, it just keeps going.

With affluent households -- those earning $100,000 or more -- growing six times faster than the population in general, we believe demand for luxury homes will accelerate.
