With the ORNAND announcement, I think we can safely put to rest the "AMD is going to sell Spansion" meme.

$800 M in processor revenue?

If they hold flash to > break-even, as they did last quarter during a large rev decline, then we'd be looking at some nice earnings... maybe $0.20 - $0.30 or so.
