I am trying to come up with a range of recipes for my turkey pot pies this season. Beyond my basic stock of turkey, potato, onion and some secret ingredients, I am currently investigating following: Old people pie: A plain white sauce, no salt but generously seasoned with other traditional seasonings, veges too. Kiddie pie: Plain white sauce, some mild spices, no green vegetables, carrots, or corn. Tangy bernaise: Extra creamy with generous lemon and lime contributions, poultry seasonings and veges. Cajun hot: Cajun and poultry spices in a white sauce with bits of jalapeno and garlic, veges. Any other ideas?
