celebacy works 100% of the time to reduce instances of unwanted pregnancy. 'Safe Sex' was the code word for "look we don't like saying 'no' to our kids so lets just pass out some rubbers and tell them it'll all be ok." Also known as Sex Education in public schools. And there is always 'family planning centers' as a back up. Yet, as you pointed out we have created a mess for our kids. I just love the new code speak, don't you.
