Two years ago my shoulder was in such bad shape that I couldn't even turn on the car radio and the degenerative disc disease in my lower back had me to where I almost couldn't dress myself in the morning. I started taking 5000mg of glucosamine condroiten and MSM and started to feel the improvement in less than a month. Within a year I was pain free and had all my mobility back. I understand this doesn't work for everybody like it does for me, but it's worth looking into. I buy it at Wal-Mart an there is no prescription needed.
