I like fried chicken livers. One step I use for livers or any part of chicken is to soak them in saltwater for up to 24 hours before frying. You can also add seasonings to the saltwater.

At the hunting club we used to wrap the livers in bacon and stick them on a skewer. Cook on the grill or in the oven. Don't overcook liver or it will become strong.
