I agree, the enumerated powers of the Congress would in fact be without bound and limitless, as everything travels in intrastate or interstate commerce. If intrastate commerce is deemed interstate commerce simply because it COULD possibly enter interstate commerce, then we are all slaves of the Federal Govt. The only limits then would be where such regulations violate individual rights and liberties, that haven't already been watered down with so many exceptions that the original right given is worthless. What do you think will happen in Raich?
