Washington governor's race tightens. Republican Dino Rossi is now up by 1700 votes. komotv.com Let's hope they've counted most, if not all, of the ballots from liberal King County. This state could be due for its first Republican Governor in years. Edit: King County has 46,000 ballots yet to count. We can expect a surge of Gregoire ballots when they count again. OTOH, there are quite a few ballots to be counted from Eastern Washington counties, 20,000 alone in Spokane. Keep your fingers crossed! vote.wa.gov
