TP, That's another wishy-washy abstract concept.

I suppose we could just limit ourselves to eliminating those directly responsible for 9/11, then going back into slumber mode. That's pretty "concrete," don't you think?

Or we could choose the Buchanan doctrine. Anything else would be a LOT more "wishy-washy" than what Bush is pursuing.
