Let's be honest. You want to proclaim controversial opinions in public forums but you don't like people expressing disagreement with you. That's what its all about.
If you merely wanted to talk to a few selected individuals who you "like", you'd use email or PM's - you wouldn't bother posting on a public forum.
I also ban people I don't want to talk to .....I like to talk to people I like- "Like" here means people who don't express disagreement with your opinions. BTW this whole business about "people I like" has a distinctly junior high cliquish flavor to it.

I don't want to discuss anything with you on my threads- and I can't say I want to after reading your most recent post. My most recent post was on the "bigot" thread where I reported an example of religious bigotry which was expressed to me:

The post is in line with the topic of the thread and yes, I see you banned me from the "bigot" thread since last night. And now we know that you're not serious about the stated purpose of the "bigot" thread. It's not a thread about bigotry at all. It's is another little club for "people I like".
Clearly you enjoy me, more than I enjoy you. Actually I don't like you at all. You're a snob with a poor personality. But what does that have to do with issues like bigotry, foreign affairs, politics, etc.? I don't post on forums because I "like" the forum's moderator or even necessarily the person I post to. I might or might not. Who cares. We're adults aren't we? I post because I have things I want to say, often in reaction to things others have said. As a result, I more frequently post to people I disagree with than to those I agree with. It's not a personal thing or a matter of "liking" someone and you are being childish to take it that way.
I don't understand why you care- about my threads, Fine, I'll explain. It's very simple. I am sometimes interested in some of the ideas expressed on some of them. I'm sure there are many threads you post on where I have never posted because I have no interest in the topics there. For example, I just now clicked on your name and see recent posts by you on threads entitled "Kissy Kissy..Good Books" and the "Travel" forum. I'm sure there are others - I've never posted on these threads because the topics don't interest me. I hope this isn't too difficult to understand.

But who cares - I'm a pretty satisfied guy anyway. As to you not wanting to ever interact with me, simply confine yourself to forums I'm not interested in or those "dead" threads where you've banned everyone who doesn't see eye to eye with you.
