Eating and drinking while wearing a mask requires more special equipment and training.

Even with some training there can be issues. I had standard basic training with a mask. I never had any additional advanced training and my training was over 10 years ago but I would be a lot more prepared than your average civilian off the street. Still I would want to have to try eating with a mask on. I never received any training on how to do that.
