As I've been reading this thread, I've tried to figure out your agenda. Why would you post so many times on this thread about this ONE stock? What could your intent be? Why would you spend so much time doing so much to see to it that this stock fails? I suggested earlier today that your purpose is to save your hide, and your investors hide. I believe that is probably the case but there has to be more to it than that.
When you directed your post this afternoon to a post from Neil Mack dating back to December 24, 1996 saying you were "replying to an oldie but goodie so people can check it out without cluttering the post", I said "two can pay this game". As I've been reading all these previous posts, starting with #1, I've been doing a lot of bookmarking. You have a lot of oldies but goodies. You have been a naughty boy for over a year now, post after post after post. Your intent has never been to inform those on this forum of the facts about this company, nor engage in informed discussion, apparently. It appears you have been malicious in your intent.
Today when you responded to my inquiry about other stocks you follow, my curosity made me check out the stocks you mentioned, as you knew it would. My broker found that DELGF (Delgratia Mining) no longer is quoted and is "no longer followed by Marketscope". Hmmmm!!!! Then I checked on Future Communications (FCMI). The quote is ask 0.010 bid 0.001. Hmmmmm!!!!! Then I checked College Bound (CLBD) and found it has no price. It's comes up on the quote machine with a big ZER0!!! Hmmmmmm!!!!! Well, what could Pierre be telling me with this? He told me he monitors "fraud stocks" to stay informed. Since this is the Presstek board, is he telling me that Presstek is a "fraud stock"? Did you start shorting these stocks at $50 and proceeded to pound on them until they were at zero? Did they have a legitimate product with lots of competition around and just couldn't be competitive or profitable? Or did you just beat, beat, beat on the investors until all of them bailed out? DID YOU SCARE THEM OUT????????????? Did you break the company by forcing them to constantly defend themselves with frivilous lawsuits and not be able to run their business effectively? Was I supposed to be scared out of Presstek because of these three companies?
What could your agenda be? Why? Why? Why? Why would you slam, nonstop, on Presstek? Then I went back to this post I responded to here where you are directing people to contact the SEC to file a complaint against Market Makers, bulls, Presstek, Cabot, anyone opposing you!!!!! You ended by saying "Good Luck, the more complaints the better." Encouraging complaints to be filed because a stock was going up and down too unfavorably for your satisfaction!!! If the NASDAQ is so manipulated, why is Microsoft and Intel still there, along with many other fine, fine companies? If it's so undesirable, why mess with the OTC? But to set out to get people to file complaints against a company, you should be held responsible for that, my friend.
Now, when all this up and down started on this stock, I must admit I suffered through sleepless nights. IT WAS PAIN AND SUFFERING!!!! When this stock ran up to $200 and back to $40, I SUFFERED FROM EMOTIONAL DISTRESS!!!!! I wasn't always sure why all this was happening and I wasn't on this thread so I did not get to read your daily post, pounding, pounding, pounding the investors in this stock. My friends told me things being said but it doesn't have the same impact until you see it, word for word, as I have done in the last three months!!! IMHO, you have been vicious and malicious!!! You apparently didn't care who you hurt with your irresponsible babbling!!! You aren't the only one. I've been taking names so that when I start to "kick butt", I'll know who I'm going after!!!
Now, it's often been said that you can get a Grand Jury to indict a ham sandwich. Well, you can get any attorney to take a case, if you guarantee him that HE WILL BE PAID either way!!!!! I've read post after post about the lawsuits filed against Presstek. Bought options and it didn't work out? Sue Presstek! Bought the stock too high and it went down? Sue Presstek! Didn't like the accounting report? Sue Presstek! Bob Howard wears suits that are not your style? Sue Presstek!!!! As best I can remember, there were seven lawsuits! Count them, SEVEN! Or was it only six!!! You get my point. Everyone wants to hold the company accountable for the markets reaction to nonsense being peddled around by people like you! Well, maybe others should be held accountable for their actions the same way some attorneys are asking Presstek to be. Who's to say an investor that looked at the opportunity in a stock like this and took the plunge to ride out the years it may take to succeed or fail, should not have to be exposed to this type of behavior? Who's to say that Presstek may wind up only being a small player in a big market in the end? Who's to say that people should not be given the opportunity to wait ever how long it takes for the product and market to develop, successful or not? Are you the one that should determine that? Wonder what a judge and jury would say? I think it might be interesting to find out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, I think I'll just make a few calls tomorrow to find out how class actions work. Do I have a case? I'll ask. One of my "chores" today was to go get more paper for my printer. I've been printing so many posts by you that I ran out of paper. With my facts in hand, I shall proceed to make an inquiry tomorrow!!!!!!!!! Let's hope you can back up all the things you've said in the last year!!!!!!!!
Now, why would I want to try to sue you when I don't know how much money you have? I noticed on post #1251 you boasted "I have been a professional investor/financier for 20 years and have built up numerous professional contacts through out the world during this period". So, if this is a true statement, I would think you have done pretty well. I don't need your money, I need you held accountable for your actions, for what you have been doing. Would others that got scared out by your statements and innuendos join me in a Class Action Lawsuit? I don't know but with the "sue the bas***ds" attitude of folks today, I wouldn't bet against it!!! And O. J. is proving that you do not have to sue for only the amount of money currently available. You can get awards much larger than the defendant currently has. Let's find out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now, are there others that would like to join me??? I guess I'll just have to try to find out.
Finally, well almost finally, what is your agenda? You also want to be right!!! That's the final part of your agenda!!!! You want to say "I told you so" so much that you don't care who you hurt getting there! That's not the way it should be and I hope I find someone to help prove it!!!!!
I've determined one thing by reading all your posts: If I could buy you for what you're worth and sell you for what you think you're worth, I'd be lighting Count Gold's cigars with $100 bills, for a long time, and still wouldn't have to worry about money, ever ever again!!!
